Victory In Palm Beach County!

Palm Beach County recently returned 13 books to libraries after the State Attorney General, Ashley Moody, clarified that HB1069 does not apply to school libraries- only classroom instruction.  This news paved the way for school libraries to release grade level restrictions on books like And Tango Makes Three, a children’s book about penguins that radicals have painted as morally inappropriate, to be returned to shelves.


Indian River's Extreme Interpretation of HB1069

At a recent school board meeting in Indian River County, Moms 4 Liberty brought an extreme interpretation of HB1069 to bear.  According to them, if someone interrupts the public read-aloud of a book that is being challenged, the book must be automatically banned.
